28 Dec GO TO SNACK — Winter ’18
During the holiday season, I am always on the go whether it’s with school, prepping for Christmas, or attending holiday get togethers. Because of the busy season, I usually grab something small to snack on. Cashews have been my life saver! They are quick and easy and contain good fats and sources of protein. I usually buy prepackaged, lightly salted cashews which equals out to about a handful. They are super filling and delicious!
